Miss Beauty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unavailability, safety, or operational issues.

3. Payments

Payments can be made online or via available payment methods.
We do not store card or UPI details; transactions are processed by secure third-party gateways.
Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made within the allowed time window mentioned at booking.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No refunds for completed services.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree:

To provide true and accurate information.
Not to misuse the platform.
To behave respectfully with salon staff and professionals.

Any abusive behavior may lead to account suspension.

6. Health & Safety

Users must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns before service.
