Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Customers may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after a beautician has been assigned or the service has started are not eligible for a refund.

  • If a service is delayed or a beauty professional is unavailable, customers may choose either to reschedule or request a full refund.


2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be sent by email to info@missbeauty.in with complete booking details.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Miss Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.


3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have already been completed are non-refundable.

  • Bridal packages, makeup trials, nail art, and customized beauty services are non-refundable once started.

  • Promotional, discounted, or offer-based services are not eligible for refunds.


4. Partial Refunds

  • If only part of a service is completed due to unavoidable circumstances, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Miss Beauty.
